Note

  • Booking per Sr. No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 will have 15 parking spaces and 2 changing rooms
  • Booking per Sr. No. 5,6and 7 will have 8 parking spaces and 1 changing room. Booking per 8 and 9 will have no parking space or changing room. However, when there is no other booking and changing room is available extra rent shall be Rs. 5,000 and 5 parking spaces shall be free
  • * Column (c) booking will be done only in last 6 mounths and (d) only in last 60 days

Conssessional Rates

  • Prayer meetings (maximum 2 hrs) for booking in last 7 days will have concessional rate of Rs. 15,000 for AC Hall and Rs. 7,500 for Non-AC Hall
  • @Bookings under Sr. No. 1,2,3 and 4 (Column a, b & c ) will have discount of 10% for for last 60 days bookings and 33% for last 30 days bookings. Column d will have discount of 20% for 30 days booking.

Facilities

  • A/c. Hall situated at first floor has seating capacity of 450 persons and moving of 800 persons.
  • Non A/c. Hall situated at ground Floor has seating capacity of 300 persons and moving capacity of 500 persons.
  • Separate Ladies and Gents Washrooms on Ground & First Floors.

Payment Terms

  • Rent and applicable GST/Taxes are payabel at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Additional security Deposit is payable 20 days prior to the function.
  • Payments are to be made by cheque favouring “Shree Cutchi Brahmakshatriya Panchayat Trust”.
  • Refund of Security Deposit will be made by cheque favouring the person whose name booking is done after receipt of charges for extended time use and / or damages, if any.
  • The above charges are only for use of premises.

    No Monopoly, Only Vegetarian Foods, You can Select Caterer of your choice having licence granted by MCGB. Details of Caterers and Copy of license to be provided along with security deposit to Panjiwadi Management.
  • Misc Services
    Service providers for Valet Parking, Sound System, Hiring of Generator etc. are also available.
